DESCRIPTION:Please join us on the second Saturday of the month from October 2025 to March 2026 for litter picking along the banks of the Avon New Cut.\nWe will provide gloves (if you don’t have your own), bags and litter-pickers. Invitations will be sent to all members via Mailchimp closer to each date.\nThe meeting point for each litter pick will be announced nearer the time.\n\n11th October 2025 – meet at Bedminster Bridge (south side, on Coronation Road)\n8th November 2025 – meet at Gaol Ferry Bridge (south side, on Coronation Road)\n13th December 2025 – meet at Bedminster Bridge (south side, on Coronation Road)\n10th January 2026 – meet at Gaol Ferry Bridge (south side, on Coronation Road)\n14th February 2026 – meet at Bedminster Bridge (south side, on Coronation Road)\n14th March 2026 – meet at Bedminster Bridge (south side, on Coronation Road)\n\nMeet at 9:50am for a short briefing and to collect your implements. Litter picking starts at 10am. The sessions finish at 12 noon when we usually head off to a local café for a well-earned hot drink and a natter.\n
