Annual General Meeting and social
Members are invited to the Annual General Meeting of Friends of the Avon New Cut to be held on Saturday 16th December 2023 at 5pm in the Nova Scotia Function Room which is on the first floor of the pub. Unfortunately, the meeting room can only be accessed via a stairway.
The AGM is an opportunity to review the past year and think about what we may want to do in 2024. You may access the minutes for the AGM last year here.
Nominations are invited for new members of the FrANC committee. Existing committee members also have the opportunity to put themselves forward for continued service. They are as follows:
Chair: Andrew Jenkins (co-opted in June 2023)
Vice chair: Lizzi Testani
Secretary: Guy Malkerson (co-opted in June 2023)
Treasurer: Laura Demery
General: Ed Hall, Roy Gallop, Tess Green, Bridget Everett

There will be a FrANC social immediately following the AGM in the same location. We suspect it will start about 6pm. Nibbles will be provided. The pub serves beverages at reasonable prices, which you may buy.
We will also have a donation box available, if you would like to part with some cash. This will help fund FrANC activities in the future such as walks, litter picks, and community gardening. We hope to see you there!
